Miles has the utmost respect for woman, so he likes to treat them how they really want to be treated.
His mother raised him to be a gentleman, and she drilled it into his head to always be polite. To everyone. He does have a bit of a temper, but it's nothing he can't control and running was the best way for him to let off steam.
Miles cares deeply for his mother, and would do anything for her. He is just the same way with his friend. He is a very loyal person. Miles is a big flirt with the ladies, but never fallows threw with his actions. It has a lot to do with him being a gentleman. He doesn't believe in one night stands. He is actually pretty smart even though his grades do not show it. He spends more time working out then he does on his homework.

HISTORY Miles was born to Julia McGinty and Daniel Ashton. Julia met Daniel one night at a party. But at that point Daniel was going by a different name. Keith Johnson. The night started out well enough, Julia and her friends were hanging out with Daniel and his band members, drinking partying and just having a good time. Nothing was suppose to happen, she had been well aware of his married status, when his friends were joking with him about calling his wife. Julia and 'Keith' talked almost all night, mostly about random things, then everything went blank. When she woke up Daniel laid next to her naked and passed out, While she herself was also nude. She left without waking him, and never saw him again. Except on TV and some magazines a few years later.
Three months after that night Julia found out she was pregnant. She knew right away who's it was. She had only slept with one man in her life, and that was Daniel, or as she knew him Keith. She tried finding a way to contact him, but it was just too hard. His band became too big, and getting away where near him was almost too impossible. She decided to keep the baby, even against her parents wishes, and the fact would disown her, she kept him. She worked and studied hard, to raise a child all on her own. Four years after Miles birth, Julia met a man named Bruce and in only a year later they were married.
For the next 7 years everything was great. Bruce had been a father towards Miles. They did all types of father son things together, and Bruce was the one that got Miles into running. But once Miles started doing magic things started getting tense around the house. Bruce didn't want anything to do with Miles. Then once on the professors arrived to his house and explained what was going on, did Bruce leave. He wanted nothing to do with a freak like Miles. That was also when miles started asking his mother about his real father, and Julia told him only what she knew, which wasn't much at all.
His years at Hogwarts were nothing special. He loved learning magic and he loved watching Quidditch, but other then a few normal teen-aged events, nothing that really stood out.
