HAIR&EYES His eyes consistently drift between shades of blue and green, leaning more toward blues. His hair is brown and generally cut to a manageable length. And by that I mean wake up and face the day. He does shave, but is more often bearer of stubble.
HEIGHT&WEIGHT 5'9”, weight ranging between 170 and 180. He's in very good shape, as he tends to channel his frustrations into exercise rather than more damaging pastimes.

LIKES
[Exercise] Obviously it's something that he throws himself into. He's not the sort of health nut that won't eat junk food. He likes that just fine. But he likes to run before dinner, for example, in a steady routine.
[Solitude] It's part of why he likes his exercise time so much. People don't really bother him. He doesn't mind when his brother or friends talk to him, though if he's in the middle of a run, he won't always stop for them. Instead they have to run to keep up with him while talking.
[Solving Problems] He might not be academically smart, but he knows how to get things done. He helps his friends solve whatever is going on in their lives, he's dedicated and hard-working, not stopping until whatever issues nagging him are in the past.
[Dark Arts] Maybe it's because his father got him into it at a young age, and maybe it's because he has a natural affinity to it. It's the one class that he has always gotten high praise for.
[Family] His is very, very complicated, and while it confuses even him, he cares about each individual person. He knows not to trust anyone completely though, and so he looks for hidden motives in all of them but his brother. He does sense his brother's want for power, though, and he's not big on it.
[Dueling] He wants to know his strengths and his weaknesses. What's the point in learning anything if you can't be sure that you've got it down? Besides, though he doesn't like to admit it, he enjoys the feeling of taking the power from another. That's right, folks, he's a bit of a hypocrite.
[Dogs] He loves how loyal they are, and protective. He doesn't have a dog of his own yet but plans on getting on when he's finally out of school.



DISLIKES
[Dating] He feels uncomfortable with the whole concept. When on a date, the whole idea is being judged the whole time by someone to see if you fit what they want in a lover. It's a lot of pressure and he doesn't like to deal with that. If ever he dated, it would probably be someone that he knew before.
[Schoolwork] He has trouble retaining information for a long time, and so he doesn't get very good marks. This leads to him being somewhat down about his future because his last year has consisted mostly of classes that won't lead to anything great.
[Alcohol] He doesn't like to be under the influence of anything, because he feels like that's when people make all of their stupidest mistakes. Why would he willingly sacrifice his state of mind?
[His Temper] He has one, for sure. He can take a lot of crap, but once he's through, he can get violent. Despite being generally quiet he has a reputation at Durmstrang for getting into a lot of fights.
[Reading] He can't be entertained with a book. He can read, but honestly, the real world is much more interesting. When he's in the library trying to focus he'll find himself listening in to the voices around him instead, and inevitably, he'll give up and find himself on the grounds running again.
[House Elves] He thinks that they are creepy, and the fact that they're slaves makes him incredibly uneasy. Rather than trying to help or free them, he just avoids them completely where he can.

MIRROR OF ERISED It's incredibly simple, but also complicated. He sees himself happy, unburdened of his family's secrets and desires, with a family of his own. He wants to be a father one day, but because of his trust issues, he doesn't think anyone will ever have the patience to love him and start a family. It's a far away dream.
PATRONUS He cannot cast a patronus, as his memories aren't really strong enough.
PERSONALITY Dom is a mix of somewhat amusing traits. He is an intimidating person physically, and that makes people scared of him, and he doesn't really correct them. However, if someone were to try talking to him anyway they would find someone who is pretty laid back and polite, but who refuses to talk about his family life. Getting him to talk about himself at all is a bit like pulling teeth. He has so much difficulty telling lies that everyone at Durmstrang who did know the brothers knew that if they couldn't get an answer out of Jareth they probably could out of Dom. The only time that wouldn't really work is if they were trying to extract information that would hurt his brother.

He absolutely loathes drama. It happens in his family, it happens around school, and when it happens right around him, he'll run from it. Confrontation isn't his strong suit. People can call him a coward, but if it's a situation that can be avoided, he would rather not help it progress. That isn't to say that he would let someone hurt another person in his presence. He has too much of a conscience for that. He would step in and help them.

Although his father is a Death Eater and his mother is a sympathizer, Dom doesn't really want to get into the life. Being a dark wizard intrigues him greatly. That would mean still practicing the Dark Arts, and not letting certain schools of thought impede him... He thinks that it is stupid to let one's code of honor get in the way of learning something that would benefit witches and wizards in the end. Besides that, he takes a special pride in the Dark Arts since it's the only magical course that he's ever done really well in. He doesn't have any desire to learn about muggles, but he doesn't really hate them either. They're just kind of there.

He's very loyal and strong for his family. While he will avoid needless drama, if there is a true problem that needs taking care of, he'll do whatever he can. He has the ability to think logically without his emotions interfering too much, and that means that he's pretty good too at making decisions that won't hurt others. He'll hold someone who is crying, he'll leave the person who needs to be alone until he thinks they're ready, and he'll never betray anyone that he cares about if it can be helped. He bottles up all that he feels himself and releases it later in form of his exercise, rather than talking it out to someone which would be much more beneficial.

HISTORY Dom was the first born son of the long affair between Alain Rey and Desideria Zabini. When he was a year old, his brother came along, and they have been close ever since then. It's hard not to want to stick together when it seems the rest of the world is either trying to be rid of you or juggling you between them.

Although he really loves both of his parents, he's uncomfortable with the fact that they have never been married and therefore he rarely sees them at the same time. As for his half-siblings, he never got a chance to really get to know them. He wanted to, at first, though he was daunted by the fact that they were so much older. But the truth was, they were so uncomfortable about sharing brothers that they would rather think of Jareth and Dom as their cousins... In truth, they'd probably rather they didn't exist, and so Dom stopped wanting that relationship.

Recently, his father moved them to the U.K so that he could take charge of what was going on at his daughter's house. The boys were forced to follow, which bothered Dom. Not only was he losing the one class that he was good at, but he was losing the few friends that he'd obtained through struggle over the years. And he would have to face his brother and sister who wanted to pretend that he was someone else...

At the least, he thinks that he might have a chance to get to know his niece and nephews a little bit. Them being close to his age, maybe he'll be able to forge a close bond with them like he had with his brother... Doubtful, but might as well try to make a good situation out of this crap one.
