HAIR&EYES Connor has shaggy blonde hair, that tends to fall in front of his face and block his vision. For which he already uses glasses. He wanted contacts, but his parents assured him that when he was older they would try it, for now Glasses would do just fine. He has light chestnut brown eyes, and is sort of happy he isn't a typical blonde haired blue eyed boy.
HEIGHT&WEIGHT Connor is a bit of a gangly boy at the moment. Not particularly tall and lanky, but short and skinny. He normally gets a joke shot in his direction being on 5'1 and 100 pounds soaking wet.

LIKES
-Finishing a book in a day. Connor is the type to stay awake up the sheets with his wand reading. He finds it incredibly difficult to put a book down actually.
-Watching the other students. Most of the time he's a bit ignored as the young little boy in the corner. Others literally do not see him because of his height. So, it's rather easy to observe those around him. Everyone always seems to have secrets.
-Secrets. Slowly Connor is becoming the type of person who keeps everyone's secrets in his memory. Burned in for a rainy day when he'd need something. Which, has not happened yet. He is still rather young, and how much trouble could a child get into, that required black mail?
-Studying. Connor for the most part enjoys passing class. He enjoys getting a good grade, because he knows that the better the grades the better he looks.
-His Friends. Connor isn't one to have many friends and be the most popular person, but the friends he does have, he holds close. He hopes that they remain his friends throughout the years.
-Soda. Normally Connor tries to eat and rink healthy, but any kind of Soda is a bit of a guilty pleasure for him.
-Using big words to confuse people. Connor is the kind of person who assumes he is smarter than everyone. And it's probably because he is quite bright for his age. He often tries to be a wise ass by using larger words that needn't be used given the conversation.
-The smell of salt water. It's probably his favorite smell, the beach and the bay. When the wind blows across the water just right, causing the air to pick up the salty scent of the water, Connor finds himself having to pause and just take it all in.
-Fire. Connor is the type that like to carry around a lighter just to light it every so often. At times lighting up little piece of paper and watching it disappear with the flame.
-Rain. The smell mostly, but also how the air feels after a good storm.

DISLIKES
-Those who speak when it's clear they have no idea what they are saying.
-People who are stuck in the ways of the past. There are quite of few in his house that still believe in Pure blood status, that it actually means something. He finds this way of thinking utterly ridiculous.
-The smell of cigarettes. He's noticed that the one who happens to be smoking the cigarette is apparently immune to the smell. But, to the rest of the population it smells like garbage.
-Loudness. Connor is normally trying to study, do homework, or read....loud obnoxious noise isn't really something he enjoys.
-His older Sister Navea. She's quite older than him, so they never actually got to experience that sibling bonding period. Being 21, she happens to have her own life. She's also just an utter b*tch.
-Failing. It's probably Connor's beiggest fear at the moment. To fail, school, a test, class, life in general. He prides himself on being an ambitious person. One who is constantly looking ahead at what would better his life for the future, and to fail and have everything all be for nothing is something that haunts Connor.
-Flowers. He is allergic to pollen, plus he never understood how anyone enjoyed the scent of a flower. They all smell..odd.
-Fighting physically. This is about 60% because Connor is such a small skinny boy he is sure he'd get his ass handed to him. But, also because he feels like that there is no reason to actually bruise each other up with hand to hand combat. They are wizards...there's magic around. If they felt the need for a magicless fight at least consider a sword fight.
-Vulgarity. Everyone says 'ass' or 'shit' and the occasional ;f*ck' when stressed or angry. But, there is no need for every other word out of one's mouth to be a curse word. He chalks it up to them being rather stupid.

MIRROR OF ERISED Connor doesn't see anything significant yet in front of the mirror. He is too young to have a realy passionate need or want. At the moment, if he were to look into the mirror, he probably would see himself being named an Auror.
PATRONUS Connor is too young to produce a patronus yet.
PERSONALITY

Connor isn't the type of boy that people instantly enjoy the company of. He's kind of obnoxious and it takes a bit to break through his shell. He sort of keeps his real self concealed from others, and though he wont admit it, it's because he fears rejection. It isn't a proud fear, so it's something that Connor can not even admit about himself. So instead of being a brave soldier, he hides his true self under layers of sarcasm. He can appear stand offish and ultimately not the type of person you would enjoy spending any time with.

Though, he does become more open to those he keeps close. His friends that trusts enough to drop down his walls. He still is a bit of a sarcastic anus, but it's mostly all in good fun.  He tends to be a bit self conscious and insecure about the kind of person he seems to be shaping up to be. Part of him cares that others will only always view him as the scrawny little halfblood who happened to be placed in Slytherin.

As much as Connor enjoys his studies, quiet reading time, and time alone he also enjoys the thrill of an adventure. He likes seeking out new areas of the school. He only has a limited time there, and he is sure that no one has found every room in the castle. It would nice to be one of the only to claim to have stepped foot everywhere in Hogwarts. There is also a certain rush in exploring areas that you aren't allowed to be in.

Given his age, Connor has no interest in relationships besides friendships. In fact he isn't sure if he has gotten passed that stage where he finds girls a bit annoying.

HISTORY
When Connor had gotten his letter to Hogwarts, it hadn't been a shocker. He had already been showing signs of being a wizard. What was a shock was that he wasn't placed into Ravenclaw like his older sister and mother had been. Connor had to admit, that was what he had been expecting. He had assumed it was sort of a family thing. And hadn't really heard about family from other houses. The hat itself seemed to list qualities that it saw in Connor's head that he himself didn't think were true about himself.

"Ambitious and arrogant, ha. Egotistical, definitely egotistical." To which Connor scrunched his eyebrows together and looked up as if he could see the hats face up top his head. I'm not egotistical. He found himself thinking, which the hat simply replied, "Yes you are" Aloud. After some more mumbled it had decided loudly that Connor would be going into Slytherin, determining those qualities were not that of the Ravenclaw House. Connor felt as though it was bull shit. Didn't understand how because one had confidence in their abilities, wanted to gain knowledge and held themselves in a higher regard meant that it excluded him from being in a house that his entire family had been in.

He doesn't get along with his sister very well. Partly because she is much older than him, but also because it's as though they have absolutely nothing in common. Which Connor had always found strange, even with the age differnece she is his family. He gets along well enough with his parents, and they seem to like both of their children well enough. There were times where his sister would joke that he was a mistake, considering he came out of the blue. Connor never had the nerve to retaliate, but he's pretty sure she was the mistake. His parents having been in the very early twenties when she was born. He assumes that he was actually the planned baby of the two. Though, if he were the accident, Connor doubt he would mind. They obviously chose to keep them both, so they were wanted.
