PERSONALITY Dixon is a very untrusting guy, He will not admit this to anyone however. He attempts to be everyones friend, and his students all think he is an amazing professor. He keeps his students in line, But he also makes them glad to be in his class. He enjoys bringing in food and other random stuff and having little days where they just hang out. The kids do not report him, instead believing it to be awesome. He gives kids who need it a talking shoulder, and will gladly stand up for any kid that needs it. He doesnt like pranks being pulled in his class, But he will only punish the student by reversing the prank upon the prankee.

AS far as love and romance, he is a very romantic man. He believes in courting a lady, dating her and showing his affections whilst getting to know the woman that he is courting. He does not take lightly to being cheated on, and would easily get heart broken if a woman were to do this to him. But he also knows that he cannot hold a grudge when it comes to his heart, and that he definitely would eventually need to allow another try with another woman.

HISTORY Dixon was born into a nice family, Although he knew nothing of his mother and father. They were both teenagers, and due to the youngness their parents forced them to place the child into foster care. By the age of thirteen he was finally adopted from the foster home, Although he couldn't say that he enjoyed living with those parents. He lived with them though, and supported and was family with them until he was sixteen. When he was sixteen he moved out to live on his own, Having a job at a local pub in london. Even though he had been going to school and living at the school, he still had to pay for a flat to which he grew to call his man cave during his last two years at hogwarts.

He had not had a chance to bring ladies to his man cave during his years at hogwarts, But he finally did manage to bring one lady into his cave when his was nineteen. At the time she was just some stranger that wanted a place to take a load off her feet. This turned into months of her living with him, and it was this woman that would bring a curse upon him that he would deal with for the rest of his life. It was a brilliant evening, the dinner and candle light, and even the romance was kicking in high gear. For once Dixon felt as if he had found a woman that would stay with him forever, and he had courted her for the months that she lived with him, Finally tonight they were going to do it. It was the early evening when they finished dinner and migrated into the bedroom, However, Something was terribly wrong when they entered the bedroom. The woman kept screaming and clutching her body, muttering things that Dixon could not understand. He was a foolish man to stay at her side, bringing her wash cloths and placing them on her body, But she kept jerking about and screaming. It wasn't until her bones began breaking, and her body began transforming that he realised that something was terribly wrong. He attempted to back away from the shifting wolf, But was pinned against a wall and soon followed by the hungry wolf. The wolf ripped into his arm which he placed up just in time to stop the wolf from ripping into his throat.  As he fell to the floor the wolf rushed out of a window, breaking and shattering the window as well as his heart. It took months for the wound to heal, and even still it left a terrible mark just below his wrist that he would never get rid of.

For years he adjusted to his uncurable diesase before trying to simalte himself back into the reality with others. However when he did decide to come back, he used his knowledge over nature and the things around himself to become a professor, and even further, an herbology professor. And ever since his 20th birth year he has been the professor at hogwarts.

I'm not sure that lycanthropy can be passed through mere scratches... And if that did happen, then she would at least have to have been in her werewolf form when she bit or scratched him. Otherwise, he would just have some new tendencies, he would not actually be a transforming werewolf.
