FULL NAME. Karena Ashby Cole
NICKNAMES. Karen, Kar, Ashby.
BIRTHDATE. October 22nd. She was literally born 8 months after her older sister Grace. Karena is sort of surprised there aren't dozens of children in her family.

HAIR&EYES Karena has dark brown hair that is normally in soft curls that flow down her back. She has had one very bad hair cut in her lifetime and is never..ever doing that again. Not only did she realize how horrible she looked, but she missed her long locks. Karena also has hazel eyes that change depending on what she is wearing or the weather. Sometimes the appear a brown/green and other times a grey/blue.

LIKES
-Slinky dresses or just grabbing one of her brother's shirts and wearing it as a dress. She's not the biggest fan of pants, or clothing that confines her.

-Physical affection. Though she isn't nearly as bad as her cousins.

-Laying upside down on her bed, normally allowing her head to fall over the side. It's fun to look at the world upside down sometimes.

-Being a papa's girl, and so much like her mother.

-Biting her nails, tough she does it nervously all the time.

-Mixing up her food on her plate. Yes it is all going to the same destination, but her tongue would like to enjoy the flavour.

-People who automatically assume that they are smarter than she is. Karena is a very prideful person, but she can also back it up.

-Waves. She prefers the pool to the ocean. She feels more in control.

-Muggles, not for prejudiced reasons but because she is forced to censor herself around them. She is not that kind of person.
-Ugliness. Karena is a bit vain at times. Not in her proudest moments.

BOGGART Karena doesn't fear much, she has dislikes and isn't afraid about voicing her opinions. If she were afraid of anything, it would be death or harm on her family. She holds them all very close even though she doesn't express that love all the time, and would probably be a wreck if anything were to happen to them.
MIRROR OF ERISED Karena isn't sure, she does enjoy being the center of attention though. Something that has the lime light on her. Though one day she wouldn't mind having something that her parents have. It seems to rare to find someone that you actually love and want to spend your life with.
PATRONUS A Kangaroo. "Kangaroo - feisty, fun loving" Kangaroos are also unable to step backwards which represents Karena very well. She is always moving forward and not worried about the past.
PERSONALITY
Karena is a girl who hasa rather complex personality, and sometimes feels like the only person who gets her in her own mother.  Basically her entire family are Gryffindors, and she sometimes feels a bit outcast. Though she never lets them know that. She has her cousins and her 'fake cousins' and all of her friends anyway, no need to feel left out of the Lion club. Karena is a bit quirky, but she isn't stark raving mad. She is just the type of person who doesn't really care what any one else thinks of her. If she has an opinion she will voice it, and if she randomly wants to lay on the grass and cloud gaze, she will.

She is also the kind of girl who will be sitting outside and 'accidentally' eaves drops on a conversation, and will put her two cents into what ever is being spoken about. Karena is normally found waltzing around the her own little drummer that resides in her head as she explores Hogwarts and it' grounds. She enjoys snooping around and causing her older brother Logan to worry about her. She wouldn't be a good little sister if she didn't go missing every so often.

At times Karena can be a bit immature, but those days are usually far and in between. She is a very prideful person who thinks she is rather clever and cunning. She also thinks that she is the best person on reading someones body language to catch if they are lying or hiding something.

Trust is a big thing with Karena. She doesn't hand it out, waits for you to earn it, and if you lose it well...don't expect her to ever grant it to you again. She won't write you off and dismiss you, but she wont trust you with anything that's worth something to her.

She has her own skepticism on love and finding soul amtes and all of that garbage. Lust is a physical attraction, and eventually you realize that you have came to care about the person your body is lusting after. She would probably quote something along those lines in a very intellectual, matter of factual manner to someone. Even though, hnestly deep down Karena does believe in true love. She can see it in her parents. But, it's a very scary idea, to put you future in the hands of fate.

HISTORY
Karena was born literally 8 months after her older sister. Her parents wasted no time at all apparently jumping right back in the sack. In fact sometimes it's just weird for Karena to even explain that her older sister and her self are not twins yet at times they are the same age. She then has to explain that her parents apparently do it like rabbits and it's all very awkward and normally tries and skips that conversation. Karen always considered herself the one that looked most like her mother though. Whether or not it's true, Karena doesn't really care. Her name derived from her aunt's middle name, whom she never met, and er mother's last name before marriage. She find it to be a strong name, but it's probably just the pride talking.

When she got her letter to Hogwarts she was to be going the same year as Grace. It was soo weird. Now not only were they the same age for a few months, but in the same year ...always. Sometimes Karena found herelf just syaing they were fraternal twins just to not have to deal with it.

The sorting hat accepted her sister into Gryffindor, like it did her older brother and sister. He had similar issues regarding their age and year yet not being twins. When Karena was sorted into a different house than her siblings, she couldn't help but already feel like the black sheep of her family. It wasn't like they made her feel that way, but she did have her own insecurities when it came to her siblings.

As the years went by, though Karena owned her independence and enjoyed being different from her siblings. She was original, and brought a sense of flare to the family.

She had her fair share f boyfriends in school, but none lasted very long. She found it boring how easily boys were trainable and tamable. Yes she had a very type A personality, and enjoyed getting her way, but that enjoyment only lasted so long. It would be nice to meet someone who she could butt heads with in a pleasant way.
