PERSONALITY Zane has always been quite the brave person.  Never really afraid of doing crazy things, he often got himself into trouble when he was a student by sneaking around the castle or even into the Forbidden Forest.  He also has never been afraid to pick a fight, whether physical or a wizard's duel.  He knew at a fairly young age that he wanted to be an Auror... pretty much as soon as he found out about that possible occupation.

Zane has quite the temper, but when he is angry, it tends to be more of a situation where he falls silent, but his body will be completely tense.  His temper can get him into trouble, but since he becomes more unnaturally calm instead of violent, he thinks clearly throughout so that he can say or do the most hurtful things to a person.

However, Zane is generally a very nice guy.  He enjoys music and other fun activities on the side, while still balancing his job as an Auror.  He loves excitement and spends lots of his free time looking for it.  In his life, there are two big passions outside of his job as an Auror: Aurora and music.

HISTORY Zane was born to two very happy parents who had faced some troubles.  Because they were a mixed blood couple in a dark period of time in the Wizarding world, they faced a lot of public disdain.  This didn't bother them all that much though, because they were in love with each other.  He was surrounded with love from the moment of his birth, but also by a hatred for the Death Eaters and Blood Purists.

With a healthy (or maybe obsessive) hatred for those types of people, Zane started school.  He was placed into Gryffindor from the very second the hat touched his head, and instantly made enemies with the people in the Slytherin house.  He was always picking fights with them, all the way through school.

He graduated and immediately worked towards becoming an Auror.  At twenty years old, his life changed.  His younger brother Jett brought home his new girlfriend, a girl named Aurora Petit.  They were immediately drawn to each other.  Even while keeping up the front of Aurora's relationship with Jett, Zane and the girl were spending more and more time together.  Once the betrayal came out, Jett stopped talking to his brother, and has not spoken to him since.
