PERSONALITY
Autumn takes after both of her parents in a lot of ways. She's sweet and caring like her mother, but she can also be cold and manipulative like her father when he was young. She likes to be the center of attention, and is definitely more of a leader than a follower. She's a strong girl, but she falls victim to a handsome face and a great kiss. She loves boys, but occasionally a girl catches her eye too. She can be quite temperamental, but can usually keep herself in check. Every now and then she loses her cool, but she'd have to be really pissed off.
She's very close with her family, especially her brother James. She admires the love her parents have for each other, and hoped to one day have the kind of life they've had, minus the hate they've had to endure over the years from her father's former associates.

Remember, if the time should come when you have to make a choice between what is right, and what is easy, remember what happened to a boy who was good, and kind, and brave, because he strayed across the path of Lord Voldemort.

HISTORY
Autumn is the second born child of Ardin and Madalyn Crabbe. She was born on a warm May morning to loving parents and an older brother, with whom she has always been close. As a girl, her parents set a shining example of love and goodness. Though she knows her father's past, she would never judge him for it. She sees the way he lives, with conviction and honesty and love, and only hopes she finds a man one day who will treat her as well as he treats her mother. Her parents make good money between her father's books and her mother's albums, so Autumn grew up a bit spoiled in the way that she got everything she wanted within reason. Her family spent a lot of time vacationing, which only made her that much closer with her brother.
When James left for school, Autumn felt lonely. She missed him terribly but was excited to get his letters and hear about his newfound love of playing music and singing. She took up piano and spent a lot of time in the studio with her mother, even recording with her on a few tracks. She also spent time with her father and he taught her how to write well. She also played with the children in her neighborhood, their family not caring about any sort of blood purity.
When she went to Hogwarts, the sorting hat took its time sorting her and though she was sure she would be a Hufflepuff like her brother and mother, she was sorted into Slytherin, like her father had been. She was afraid this would have been a disappointment to her family, but she pleased to find out they didn't care and loved her no matter what. She was a little sad that her best friend Avery had been sorted differently, but it didn't strain their friendship at all. She is very good in all her classes, though she hates homework.

RP SAMPLE.
Madalyn yawned and stretched as she woke up that afternoon. She was tired and her eyes were sore after the night before, but she couldn’t remember why. Her muscles were screaming to be used, to be stretched out properly. She groaned and looked at the clock on her bedside table… 3:15pm read the time and she knew she had to get up. Her stomach rumbled and she realized she was hungry, and while she didn't feel hungover, her mouth was like a desert. As she sat on the edge of the bed, she saw something on the floor that caught her immediate attention and pulled her back into the blur of the previous night. As she picked the object up, tears welled in her eyes and she had flashbacks from last night- she had found the picture in her bag by accident then after trying to forget, she cried and drank alone… again. She glanced wearily at the picture of her and Cash from years ago, laughing and happy, before he was taken from her.
In her life she wore a happy exterior, gave off an air of sultry satisfaction and wild spirits… but deep down she was lonely and felt like she was fading. She missed her brother and resented that she should live in perfect health while he was gone, claimed by a force neither of them could stop, and their parents had never tried. She had no home, no family, and no stability. She made her own way, mostly by charming hotel clerks and taking money from banks. She lived in the muggle world as a witch, and it was easier to steal from muggles than wizards. She nomadically jumped from place to place and sang in bars, pubs, and clubs almost every single night. She made wizards money that way, and was saving it all up to buy somewhere to call home, but she was still a long way off. She placed the picture standing against the lamp next to the clock on her bedside table and stood, properly stretching her muscles for the first time all day. She started the shower and got in, not bothering to remove her clothes, as she didn't have any on to begin with. She felt the hot water beating down on her and faded away to another time when things had been happier…
---------------------------------------------
After she was ready for the evening and she'd eaten the food she'd ordered via room service, she left instructions with the front desk to have room service go in and clean what little mess there was while she'd be gone. She never knew if the events of any night would bring company to her room, but she always wanted to be prepared just in case such a things was to happen. With her long black dress secured in all the right places and her high heels on, she walked out of the lobby and made her way halfway down a dark alley, then apparated to the bar she was scheduled to sing in. She walked in, looking far more dressed up than the clientele, but that was normal- she was supposed to look nicer than them, her persona and aura were meant to draw them in to her. She nodded to the bartender and owner of the place, as she'd been here before. She had a quick whiskey sour- she hadn't even had to ask for it, since he'd remembered from the last time she'd been there. It was clear he wanted her, but too many other women in this place wanted him, she could sense it and for some reason it was a turn off for her. She toasted it to him, smiling sweetly, then drained the whole thing down.
He nodded to her and she knew it was her time to get up on the stage and perform. She set the glass down and as the lights dimmed, she walked up the steps to the piano and sat at the bench. When the stage lights came back up she looked out to the bar patrons, barely making out faces but smiling all the same. "Good evening, I'm going to sing a few songs for you lovely folks if that's alright," she says to them in her most sultry tone of voice, like she was trying to seduce them all at once. She went to her set and performed six songs, then the lights came back up and she climbed down off the stage and greeted the people. There was nothing she loved more than talking to the strangers and getting to know them, hearing their compliments and sometimes even their fantasies. She was an unusual girl.
Finally she worked her way to the bar and sat on a stool next to an older gentleman. Instantly the bartender had set a whiskey sour before her and she sipped it, savoring the taste - one of the few true joys left in her life.
