PERSONALITY Don't judge a book by its cover, especially when it comes to this girl.  She might have a nice, sweet exterior, but inside she is a cold, calculating person.  She is the type of girl who would be nice to your face, but turn around and bad mouth you for no reason.  She also tends to have a group of friends, but is not that loyal to them unless they are particularly special to her.  When they are important to her, she tends to be a bit less rude, and much more protective.

She is a very manipulative person.  She has been known to make herself cry in front of a professor to get an extension on homework or some other thing.  She has also pretended that she had feelings for a guy just to get what she wanted from him, before breaking his heart after she got her wish.  And of course, she did not feel bad for what she did at all.

It might seem odd to others, but her family is probably one of the most important things to her.  She is not cruel to her siblings at all, except for when she is in a really bad mood.  In fact, she is quite fond of her younger sister, which seems to be common in her family.  Even her older brother dotes upon little Marie.  Her family are probably the only ones who know about her softer side.

HISTORY Harper was born just a few short years after her brother, much to their parents' pleasure.  Though she looks similar to her brother, she was entirely different from him from the start.  Her personality was much more attention seeking, and she was even manipulative at a young age.  She would cry or fake cry to get the attention of her parents or older brother, usually succeeding in doing so.  Up until the birth of the youngest Michaels child, Harper was the center of attention in the family.

Initially, Harper hated her baby sister.  She resented the fact that she was no longer everyone's favorite child, nor did she like fact that she was no longer the baby anymore.  After her sister spoke for the first time, however, Harper completely fell apart and fell in love with her sister.  Ever since that moment, she was much more attached to her little sister.

Once she was accepted to Hogwarts, her family was a bit surprised by the fact that she was sorted into the Slytherin House. Since the whole family was a family of Ravenclaws, they had not expected it.  Though after hearing the news, they soon realized that the sorting hat was correct.  Harper lived up to her house's nature.  She was cunning and manipulative, using her classmates to get what she wanted.  Sometimes she even manipulated classmates to do her homework for her!  

As she grew older, she started to realize that her looks were a good way to manipulate other people as well.  Already quite conceited, Harper started to use her looks to get people to develop crushes on her that she could use for her own benefit. She always took extra measures to keep her looks, getting up earlier than some of her housemates so she could get her hair, makeup, and other things perfect for a day.
