Finally his parents had stepped in, not in the way that Bridger ever had in mind but in their own way, the way that they believed was the best option. Bridger couldn't say he felt the same, in fact he felt the complete opposite but he realized that they just loved him and wanted him safe. It was definitely a punishment not being able to leave his parents house though, the age line, specifically for those under the age of twenty two was smart but it wasn't until he tried to appirate that he realized just how smart his parents truly were. His father had gone to every measure to make sure that he couldn't leave the house and for three straight days it had worked beautifully. Even though he despised the punishment that he had been dealt, he knew he needed it. He was so weak, and sick, and tired and somewhere deep in his heart he was appreciative of it.
Bridger had just stepped out of the shower when the doorbell rang, which instantly put him in a mad scramble to throw on some boxers, a pair of basketball shorts and a sweatshirt to hide his wounds. He knew it was bad that every time the doorbell rang, the first thought to go through his mind was Javier, but he couldn't help it. He had been having a lot of nightmares the last few nights, not being able to go to the camps. As he swung the door open his surprise was inevitable and before he could even manage a word, she had stormed in, and dropped off his stuff. Though that wasn't what caught his attention, it was the size of her belly that suddenly put him in a daze. So many thoughts and emotions were entangling his mind that he couldn't even focus on what was happening around him, until Olivia had reached the age line. "Wait!" he shouted as he grabbed onto her arm. "You- you can't cross that line... it's an age line, I can't cross it either" he explained quietly as he let go of her arm and looked back down at her belly. "Olivia we need to talk, I really really messed up... and I know that now"he pleaded, his parents had helped to put it in perspective for him and honestly, he felt terrible.
