LIKES

• Charms - he loves charms because it is good for pulling pranks on other students and some teachers.
• Jokes - he is a bit of a class clown so jokes are one of his favorite things.
• Music - he sings and plays the guitar, drums, piano, accordian, trumpet, violin, and cello.
• Food - he just loves food, especially if it is well cooked.
• Muggle video games - this was one of his favorite things from visiting his Muggle grandmother.
• Sleep - sometimes he'll sleep through class for no reason.
• Goofing around - this goes with his love of being a class clown.
• Flirting - he will flirt with people of either gender since he is bisexual, but often he is not serious about it at all.
• Kissing - Fernando loves to kiss. One could even say he is addicted to it.

DISLIKES

• Being serious - he just can't stand being serious unless absolutely necessary
• Boredom - if he is bored, he will get up to some sort of trouble
• Divination - he has no patience with this subject in particular

• Classes - he often thinks of them as a waste of time

PERSONALITY From a young age, Fernando was always a bit of a rascal.  He would play pranks on his mother and father often and could never sit still for more than a few minutes at a time, even when playing his muggle video games at his grandmother Scarlet's house.  He did well in his schooling before Hogwarts, and still does well at Hogwarts, but he is nowhere near the top of his class.  With his free time at home, Fernando learned to play many instruments, something that followed him to Hogwarts when he packed his guitar to take it with him.

A bit of a flirt, Fernando is bisexual and will flirt with people of either gender, often less than serious about it.  If he is really serious about the flirting, he will probably actually play guitar and sing for them.  Of course, he'll play his music for others often, but usually only plays to a specific individual if he has a serious crush on them.  Flirting comes only second to his love for pranks.

Fernando tends to frequent Zonko's and Weasley's Wizard Wheezes for prank items to use against his classmates.  His brother and sister have learned quickly not to take things from him when he is playing generous because it is usually some sort of prank.  However, Fernando generally does not prank his professors, unless absolutely necessary.  Or if it is his father, but that is only when Mateo is in a good mood.

Despite giving off an air of confidence, Fernando has no idea what he wants to do with his life.  Part of him wants to become a rock star, but he worries that his family would not approve.  Otherwise, he has also considered going to work for Zonko's or Weasley's Wizard Wheezes to help develop more pranks for people like him to enjoy.  He really has no idea though, and when asked about his future plans, he either tends to change the subject, crack a joke, or, if you actually get him to talk about it, he will mellow out, seeming almost depressed.

HISTORY Fernando's birth was unplanned.  Despite this, he was well loved throughout his life, and his parents were very happy about his birth.  From the very beginning, he was a mischievous child.  He was always pulling pranks on his family and never sat still.  In fact, he took after his father a bit since his father was a bit rambunctious as a child himself.

When his younger siblings were born, Fernando was delighted.  He finally had people to play with, and other people to pick on! He loved his brother and sister, but they just could not seem to keep up with his constant energy.  He was the kid that could not stay silent or sit still in classes when in school.

When Fernando was told he was going to Hogwarts, he was incredibly excited.  He loved the idea of making new friends and learning magic.  It sounded like a lot of fun to him.  Right from the start, Fernando surrounded himself with friends, not really worried about which house they were in.  He just wanted people to hang out with.  Once he reached the proper age, he started to realize that he was fond of both boys and girls, which was something that seemed a bit strange to him, until he realized that few people really judged him.  This was when his love of flirting and other romantic things developed.
