PERSONALITY Daniel isn't failing his classes, but he isn't doing very well either. He is a big flirt to any he seems worthy of his time. It's hard for him to make friends since most people attend to annoy him. If someone were to become his friend, he would do everything and anything for that person. He loves laughing and goofing of with people he knows well, even if they are not his friend. He likes challenges, but will get violent if these challenges prove beyond his patience.
That includes annoying people. Once he is at the edge of his patience, Daniel will resort to violence, trickery, and whatever he can think of. He will lose his calm and collected facade completely. And some of the spells he knows are pretty nasty - it's clear he has been meddling with the Dark Arts. HISTORY
Daniel was born to Edward and Elena Ashton on April 1st at 7;50 am. He grew up not really knowing his parents, they were gone 70 percent of the time, and the only love he knew was from his nanny Emily. Daniel was a handful, he always had tons of energy, running around the house and the yard, making huge messes when he was in a room by himself. But when his parents were around, he was well behaved, and always showed respect. His parents frightened him, and still do. As he grew older, he became less of a pain, and matured more and more.
When Daniel first received his letter to Hogwarts, he didn't know how to feel about it. He would be away from Emily for the first time, and he wouldn't know what to do, since she did everything for him. Emily was the one who took him to get his first wand and school supplies. She was also took him to the station and saw him off for the first time. Daniel had clung to Emily that day, and it took a lot of effort to get him on the train. The first year was hard for him, but he enjoyed himself, and loved being away from home and not having to worry about seeing his parents, anytime they pleased to show themselves.- - - - -

Daniel walked along the corridor's going outside to the courtyard to play his guitar. He was coming from the library after finishing an Essay he had to do for Transfiguration. As he walked he listened to clacking on his shoes against the marble floors. A few students passed him on the way, but he just ignored them like they weren't even there. That was one thing about him, a lot of people didn't like, he acted like he was the only one around, no matter where he was. To him everyone was invisible, except for the few he was close to. It's not like he didn't like people, it was just people usually didn't like him, or only like him because of his looks.
Once he got outside to the courtyard, he slid the his guitar case off of his left shoulder, and slowly unzipped the case, and carefully pulled his guitar out, and sat down on the bench. He strummed at the strings to tune each one, until he got it just right. He started playing the guitar at the age of 12, and practice almost everyday. Emily had given him a guitar for his birthday, and he absolutely loved it. After a few years of playing songs he had heard Emily listen to, when she listened to muggle radio, he started writing his own songs. After his tuned it to his liking, started playing his own song he had been working one, lost in his own little world.
