-Photography: He has always loved capturing moments in time, from random people on the street to the wonders of nature. For that reason he has learned the workings of both muggle and magical cameras.
-Learning: He loves books more than anything else, but he is comfortable with the muggle technology of computers, as well. He also speaks with older people to learn from their experiences. He is not even afraid to be wrong about something, as long as he's learned something new. Because of all this, he has varied skills.
-Multi-tasking: Thiery prefers to do more than one thing at once. In fact, if he's just watching tv or something, he gets fidgety and feels that he needs to do something with himself. The one thing he doesn't generally multi-task well is talking to people and doing something important. He'll respond with 'mhm' and nods, but that's about it.
-Inventing & Tinkering: He is good with his hands. And he likes to know how things work. Thiery has made a few things on his own, combining muggle cleverness with magical spells. He provides interesting things to his muggle friends and family that are not obviously magical.
-Motorcycles: He has ridden one ever since he was a fifteen year old boy, and he's working on making himself a flying one to replace the need for a broom. He's never been as comfortable with flying as riding his motorcycle and he thinks it will make a good balance.
-Being flirted with: He won't ever, ever admit it. But he likes the feeling of someone being interested in that way, even if it is only physical attraction. He is never the first one to make a move, so if someone flirts with him, he's more open to the idea of flirting with them, too.
-Dogs: Thiery has owned a lot of dogs ever since he was younger. Before he had to go on the run, Thiery had two pitbulls and a labrador. He had to leave these dogs with his best friend from school, a pure-blood who was not in immediate danger as he was.

DISLIKES

-Cigarettes: He started when he was still in school thanks to a bad influence, and try as he might, he has not been able to kick the habit. He's in the middle of trying though, and often brings a cigarette to his mouth before remembering that he is supposed to have stopped.
-Pointless Arguments: Some arguments, he knows, are constructive. But those tend to end rather quickly. It's the ones that draw on that are poisonous. He will just tune it out if he has enough time for it, but if not, this may be one of the only times that he yells.
-Hospitals: He hates them to the extent that he has learned to take care of himself. He has supplies on hand for the things that magic cannot treat on its own, and has learned a few things about healing. He isn't perfect, however, and occasionally a hospital visit is needed. It leaves his knees shaking, though.
-Not knowing what to do: Being decisive and thinking on his own is something that Thiery believes is important. He isn't a control freak but it still makes him feel uneasy to ask someone for help in making decisions. He feels almost as though he is being a burden.
-Prejudice: Obviously as a muggleborn he has lived his whole life dealing with it. He doesn't necessarily hate the people who feel this way, depending on how they were brought up. But if they are violent or just cruel about things, he doesn't like them. But he doesn't hate people only for hating him. He feels that's just being a hypocrite. Blood status means nothing to him.
-The dark arts: Thiery has had to deal with dark wizards ever since he became a hit wizard, so he is none too enthusiastic about those spells. He has been hurt pretty badly in the past by dark spells gone wrong, too.
-Cats: Dislike may not be the right word. He's allergic to them, and can't be in the same room with them for very long. He used to sneeze and break out in rashes a lot at Hogwarts.

MIRROR OF ERISED As cheesy as it is, the blood prejudices to go away. He would rather have to fight in a world because of who he is, not what he was born into.
PATRONUS The blue jay. Although he is awkward about it at times, he is a communicative person and listens to what others have to say. And, he communicates things that others have told them almost exactly as he was told to begin with. He is not as aggressive as his patronus animal, but he can be lured into an aggressive stance when forced.
PERSONALITY
Thiery can be a little bit unusual. He gets drawn into his own thoughts easily, and speaks aloud as he thinks. When he's by himself, that makes him seem crazy. When he isn't, he often confuses the people that are around him. He has an odd charisma as a leader. It is mostly because he makes decisions and rarely second guesses. However, he has the tendency to look after everyone who follows him with a fatherly kind of affection. He is patient with people, too. One thing that he frequently fails at is joking. He doesn't laugh immediately at jokes. He will laugh if you fall down or do something stupid, but that's the only kind of humor that he really understands. He listens more than he talks, but he isn't against talking, either. It's one way that he is patient, is when someone is upset. He'll listen to their worries.

He is the sort of person that thinks everything out before acting. However, he will put aside his hesitation if someone that he cares about is in trouble. Then he is the act first think later type. He is always doing something. He has a lot of energy, never seems to get tired, but he never moves quickly either. All actions are deliberate. He has a strong sense of right and wrong, and acts the way that he thinks that a person should more often than not.

HISTORY
Thiery was born in London, his mother having been a French foreign exchange student at the school that Curtis attended. He had a very ordinary childhood, although he was shy until he went to Hogwarts (where, surprisingly, he was sorted into Gryffindor rather than Ravenclaw). Once he was there he opened up a bit and made friends. He also threw himself into the school work with passion. He was able to balance his social life and his school work easily. He had a few relationships that didn't last that long for various reasons. Of course, he was bullied by pure-blood supremacists, too, and got beaten up one year at Hogsmeade because of his open blood status.

He never let all that affect him on the surface. But when he got the chance, he took a job as a hit wizard and began to chase the dark wizards and eventually even the Death Eaters that were causing trouble in his neck of the woods. Some of them were hiding out, and he would find them, duel, and return them to the Ministry. Only because he didn't have someone to protect was he able to really throw himself into that work and not concern himself too much over what would happen to him. Being brave was easy when he was on his own.

After he learned that Dumbledore died, Thiery heard whispers about the Dark Lord's return. He knew that he was in danger being a muggleborn. He twisted his occupation a bit, going into hiding but at the same time tracking Death Eaters and killing them when he found them. He couldn't turn them into the Ministry anymore since there were rumors that the Death Eaters were moving in on them. And even more recently, Thiery has created a safehouse for muggleborns and blood traitors. Even if they are found, in his mind, they stand a better chance of living if they can fight back as a group rather than try to fight back on their own.
