HAIR&EYES Meggera has long black hair. She takes good care of it, so its very soft a has a natural healthy sheen. It falls nearly to her waist and its naturally wavy but she tends to straighten it most days or pull it up into a pony tail. Her eyes are icy blue like the a frost bitten winter morning and almond shaped.

HEIGHT&WEIGHT Meggera stands at 5'7 and weights about 120 lbs.

PERSONALITY Meggera is a very determined girl. Once she decides she wants something bad enough she doesn’t stop until she gets it. One could say it’s just a result of being in such a prominent and political family. Family ambition and all that jazz. Some may think she’s a bit of a snob, and she doesn’t try to deter or encourage this image, frankly because she wants to give the appearance of generally not caring what people think about her. But it couldn’t be farther from the truth. She cares a great deal what people think of her and is somewhat insecure in her self-image which is why she tries so hard to counter-act and indication that she might be at all insecure. She reflects this through the way she carries herself, dresses, talks, etc.

Meggera tends to get annoyed rather easily, whether it was in class or just in general. One can always tell when she’s starting get annoyed with someone. She tends to get very quiet and when she does speak she either snaps at said person or is overly polite to them. She greatly admires determination and bravery in a person, these being the traits of Hero’s and the great people in history. So if she recognizes these in someone she will most likely respect them if that person doesn’t annoy her or act like a complete idiot. While she admires bravery a great deal, she admires intellect more. The three in combination would be a fantastic combination in her eyes, a perfect one in fact. It’s these sort of traits she tends to look for when making friends or connections.

Meggera is usually a very quiet, poised, and calm person. Or at least she was before her grandfather started messing with her life. More recently she's been angry more often then not. Her usual calm and collected temperament went out the window so to say. She's been much more likely to hex someone who has ticked her off now then she was before. Along with her anger she's become much more reclusive then she was before, preferring to be alone then deal with everyone else's drama as a silent listener as she did before.

Even with her anger she knows when to be charming. She was, after all, raised to be proper lady. She knows how to be charming, hospitable, entertaining, and everything else to make the perfect high society wife. She can talk you in circles or pry hidden information or objects out of you with carefully chosen words or smiles as her grandfather taught her to. Just because she can, though, doesn't mean she would unless she desperately need too. She has turned her back on her grandfathers teachings and disowned herself from his influence (see history for reasoning).

HISTORY Victor Tepes met Analise Sole 21 years ago in small wizarding cafe in France. It was love at first sight for Victor. He had never seen such a beautiful woman in his life a knew in that instant she was the woman he wanted to marry. He tried to woo her but she rejected his every advance. This confused him; he was a handsome man, charming, rich, and educated. Why did she keep rejecting him? Even his inherited vampiric charm seemed to have no effect on her. He was stubborn though and continued trying to court her for nearly a year before she finally accepted his affections. They were married a year later, despite Victors fathers protests. His father wanted him to marry a Romanian girl who had been a family friend instead. Victor ignored his fathers protests though and married Analise. Life seemed perfect for them no matter what was going on in the rest of the world. They were safe and happy in their Manor in Targu Mures. 3 years later they were blessed with their second child, Meggera.

Meggera was born on October 31st at 11:51pm, the second child of the Tepes line. As one of the most powerful families of Romania they were very rich and Meggera and her older brother Alexander and younger brother James never had want for anything as they grew. They're father, Victor, was an ambassador for the Romanian Ministry of Magic and was often gone on business trips. This caused they're mother, Analise to get lonely very often. So she would call over other ladies to keep her company. One of these ladies was Elizabeth Beurchist, a friend of Analise's from Beuxbotons Academy.Unfortunately Elizabeth, though a very pleasent woman and old friend of Analise's, had married into the Beurchist family which is the main rival family of the Tepes family. Elizabeth would bring over her 4 sons to play with Meggera, Alexander, and James but the 4 boys had been taught to hate the Tepes family at a very young age, which caused hostility between the children every visit. Their mothers tried in vain to break this hatred but it reach a breaking point when Meggera was 8. The oldest of the Beurchist boys, Nathaniel, pushed Meggera out of 4th story window. Luckily she made it through the incident with nothing more then a large scar on her back after being rushed to the hospital by her mother.

After this incident the visits between the two women were forced to stop as Victor relocated to London where he was currently acting as a liason between the Romanian and British Ministries. Unfortunately the Beurchist family was relocated to Great Britain as well because they're father was also working for the Ministry but the families didn't actually encounter each other again outside of work until the children reached Hogwarts. Alexander didn't have many troubles with the two older Beirchist boys because they were in different houses and were only really at odds over Quidditch. Alexander was on the Gryffindor team, while Nathaniel was the captain of the Slytherin team.Things seemed to be going fine over all at school and home until the christmas right before Meggera was to enter Hogwarts. While out running a few last minute errands Meggera's mother and grandmother got into a bad accident and were killed instantly. Meggera's father was devastated and started to slowly pull away from his children, leaving them to be raised mostly by their grandfather and a nanny.

It was then Meggera entered Hogwarts that they began to have real issues. She was much easier to tease then her older brother so the boys took advantage of that. All of them except the second youngest that is, Drake. He seemed to dislike what his brothers were doing and wouldn't participate in their harassment. Through the years at Hogwarts the bullying slowly came to a stop, mostly after Nathaniel graduated. It was after this that Meggera and Drake became secret friends until they're 3rd year when they started dating. Of course this caused their fathers to be outraged when they found out that summer and forced the two to to break up. But they continued to secretly date up until the end of 4th year when Drake suddenly dumped Meggera for no apparent reason. Her grandfather berated her, telling her this was bound to happen and that all the Beurchists were worthless while encouraging her to focus on her studies so she could graduate at the top of her class and become a worthy wife for someone after she graduated.

So with her grandfather trying to marry her off almost every month, she muddled her way through her 5th year. Then in 6th year it happened again. She met someone. He was sweet and compassionate and seemed to think the world of her. He didn't care that she was descended from a monster either. He was a muggleborn from Hufflepuff named Tom Callery, and when her grandfather found out about him through her brothers he was furious. Family enemies were bad enough...but now muggleborns? Clearly his granddaughter had no sensible taste in men and needed to be shown the right direction immediately. But she wouldn't listen to him and refused to leave Tom even after her grandfather threatened to have her pulled out of school and shipped back to Romania.

So her grandfather devised a plan. During the summer when he knew Meggera and Tom would be sneaking off to see each other he hired a veela to seduce the young man away from Meggera and succeeded much to Meggera's horror. She was devistated and furious once she found out, even more so when she found out that her grandfather had orchestrated the whole thing! She was so angry that she disowned herself from her own family, and left home. She stayed with her oldest brother in London until 7th year started, but refused any contact with anyone else except her youngest brother the whole year. Upon graduating her grandfather tried to lure her back to Romania with a job as a healer but she refused, choosing instead to become a singer at a gothic club in London to try and fund her way through Healers training at St. Mungos.

And so we've caught up to date. Meggera has moved into a house in Hogsmede after selling off some of her more expensive gifts and family heirlooms and is singing at various muggle clubs and bars to earn money.

Meggera walked through the halls away from the Great Hall, a box under her arm, an early birthday present from her older brother. She was dressed in her usual Gothic Victorian style. Her blue-grey eyes scanned the hall in front of her, watching amused as a few first years scattered as she approached. She smirked lightly. So the rumor of her being a vampire was still being used to frighten the First years? Well that was amusing. She continued to walk towards her destination. She had been attempting to eat breakfast in the Great Hall when her family’s ebony owl, Specter, had arrived with the package from her brother. She didn’t dare open the present in front of the entire school as her brother had a habit of putting prank gifts on top of her real gifts. Be it turning her hair green with a charm, or creating a small explosion to cover her face in soot. So she had learned over the years it was best to open any presents from him in seclusion. She looked around as she finally reached her destination, the courtyard.

Meggera walked out into the mainly deserted courtyard. She was alone except for the occasional student running through to get to class. Which was good. Meggera walked over to a stone bench and set the box down on it. She paused, contemplating her options for a moment before deciding to just open it and get it over with. She looked at the black gift box tied with a bright turquoise ribbon before tugging at the ribbon, removing it. She then took out her wand and used it to slowly lift the lid of the box. Nothing happened so far, so she lifted it further before finally flicking her wrist, removing it completely. She stared down into the box before reaching in and removing a medium sized crystal ball coated in fine sheen of iridescent glitter. Hmm...what are you plotting Alex? she thought as she gazed into the crystal.

She suddenly dropped the crystal into the grass with a startled yell as something flickered across the surface. Her heart raced as she stared down as the orb resting in the grass beneath her feet. She could’ve sworn she had just seen a grim reaper pass through the crystal. Her hand covered her heart as she looked at the sparkling orb, before tilting her head to the side curiously as black ink like marking started to scurry across the surface of the crystal. She let out a small aggravated sigh as they slowly came together to for the words Happy Birthday Meg-Alex with a grim reaper flying around in the background cackling. She bent over and scooped the orb up as the markings faded, depositing it back in the box before her attention was drawn to the arched entryway of the courtyard where a figure stood. They had probably been attracted by her started yell a few moments ago.

“Yes? Can I help you?” she asked, her tone not one of annoyance, or even interest. It was just sort of flat.
