PATRONUS Black Snake, because snakes stand for Vengeful and vindictiveness. Two words that best describe Seth. Also from snakes you can either get poison or medicine. And he just loves to be the one to decide someone's fate.
PERSONALITY Seth is a very evil man. He knows how to make people believe he is their best friend, knows how to conceal his thoughts, and knows how to make them do what he wants. He's the kind of man that you think has your best interests at heart, but you don't even realize that he is molding the situation. Making it to benefit himself and his own needs. He is the king of manipulation, and some say that it is this trait that made him an asset to the dark lord and not actually his magical ability. People don't normally think that Seth is someone who comes from a blood supremacist type family. He pretends, and very well, that he loves all types of blood types. That he doesn't judge, and that he could care less about the dark lord. But, this couldn't be further from the truth.
He loves being ale to torture people. It's one of his favorite tasks to do. If someone needs to be tortured or killed, normally Seth is the one who volunteered to do it. He has no morals when it comes to this. The only person he actually cares about is his brother. Seth will do anything to protect Isaac, and has already tried his best. Seth took the brunt of their father's tasks and dark training while the two brothers were growing up. He tried his best to shield Isaac from it, but it wasn't enough.

HISTORY Seth and Isaac's childhood wasn't the most amazing. Their mother always tried to give him and his brother everything they ever desire, basically spoiling them rotten. That was all fine and dandy. Of course she was doing this because she knew exactly what the boys had to deal with all the time. Seth Cole Sr. was a very hard man to deal with. He wanted his sons raised a certain way and Seth Jr, realized that at a very young age. To protect his brother Isaac, Seth tried his best to be the only one who really had to deal with their father. Yes part of him loved it, he would be the brother who had the training and experience and would be able to join the ranks, but Seth also knew that his brother would not be able to handle that life style. Seth could, he is emotionally stable and clear headed. Isaac unfortunately thinks with his heart a lot, and Seth knew eventually the torture and killing would get to the boy.
He knew Isaac noticed that Seth and his father were slowly beginning to spend more and more time to together. Seth and Isaac began spending less and less. This was how it had to be for the boys. Seth needed to stay close to his father, and he wanted Isaac to stay as far away as possible. Once Seth Jr. left hogwarts their father of course decided he would just get him a job with him in the ministry or join the death eater ranks.
