PERSONALITY
Araceli is the very personification of winter. He is cold and distant, without regard for others or paying any special attention to them. Should he enter a room, he has the strongest presence, a president chill, creeping through the room like a cold shadow. As a man with much ambition and pride, he has no time to loosen up, nor does he necessarily that fun is worth having. He is a gentleman when necessary, with the elegance and poise of a celebrity. He can manipulate those with just a simple smile, the perfect, crooning of his neck and voice.
Should he be angered, he becomes a silent, smoldering storm, his eyes holding the calm fury of a brewing blizzard, threatening to sedate others in a peaceful, deadly sleep. He is often described as 'feisty', or quick-witted, making very dry or socially unacceptable comments when angered. He doesn't care about other's thoughts or emotions, hardly making any relationships worth noting.- - - - -

HISTORY
Elea Anya Morozov is full veela, making Araceli half-veela, half wizard.
Araceli was born as the illegitimate child of the Russian politician Dimitri Lazarus and Elea Morozov, a beautiful up and coming actress at the time. Nine months before he was born, Dimitri and Elea had an affair, despite the fact that Dimitri was married. Elea did not hide this one bit, instead, much to Dimitri's horror, he found that Elea was preparing a conference to announce her pregnancy. The conference was stopped when Dimitri came to her, and begged her not to continue, that the child she had could not be his. With every offer of money, she would press her hands to her stomach, cradling it with loving affection. No bribe could convince her, for although she did love the child within her womb, she did it for more than monetary game. She loved Dimitri irrefutably, and said that, the only thing that could convince her to dissolve the press conference would be to continue the affair without his wife's knowledge.
For many years after, this deal had remained. Araceli was his first son, and from that nestled a strong feeling of love, but also becoming the very foundation for his resolve to make amends with his wife Shura. When Araceli was two years old, Dimitri impregnated Shura, with a son, and no longer had any reason to keep up the affair with Elea. Much to Elea's fury, he was the one who had now made it public knowledge that he had made a mistake, and born himself a son by the name of Araceli. He would continue to father the child known as Araceli, despite his wife's hatred for the boy.
Araceli grew with much disdain towards his half siblings, hatred imbedding itself as a blossoming hatred for the bosom who gave birth to them. He was allowed to live in their house on the whim of his mother and Dimitri, where he would gain the most beneficial accesses to education and furthermore, remain in the spotlight. His siblings were loved far more than he, and Gavrill was chosen to succeed their father the very day he was born.
Yet, Araceli has something that Gavrill does not, much to Shura's and Gavrill's mortification, the pureblood Gavrill was born a squib, and had no magical potential, while the half-blood son of a muggle actress became a wizard, and chose to go to one of the most reputable schools within the entire Wizarding world.- - - - -
