PERSONALITY Adam being a former Raven, is a quiet but very brave soul. The sorting hat had much trouble placing him and debated Gryffindor or Ravenclaw until finally deciding he was better fit to be an eagle. Adam is a rather conservative, studious young man and has always been. He likes to take plenty of time to study and never procrastinates anything. Adam is a genuine guy, he is very caring and gentle. He does carry a secretive side to him that is difficult to break into.
Adam was raised by his very wealthy parents but was kicked from the nest after he impregnated his girlfriend when he was seventeen. After that happened, Adam quickly took more responsibilty and got a job. Being quite the determined, independent man that he is, by the time he was eighteen he had his own apartment paid solely on his income with no help from his parents. That was a life altering experience for Adam and helped shape the person he is. Hardworking, determined, persistant, & responsible.

OTHER Adam lived with his Uncle Jack for a year and half after his parents kicked him out.
HISTORY Adam was brought up in an extremely wealthy family. Old wealth- his ancestors had always held high power and were loaded, keeping all of the inheretence flowing through the generations. Adam had many similarities to his family but he was much more different than the same. Adam is a nice, humble guy, always wanting to make the best out of the situations and be his own person, while his parents strived for him to be just like the rest of them. Sure they want the best for their son but he feels that their idea of what is best for him is a lot different then what truly is best. His family cares only about social status and wealth, while Adam could care less about those things.
He was always the secretive, loner child to his family and he didn't mind that. Until he was seventeen, he had managed to put up a fake facade that pleased his parents immensily. Then his world crashed when his pregnant girlfriend was sent away by her parents and was never seen again by Adam. Adam's parents being completely focused on what others think of them, refused to have a blemished son and kicked him out to live on his own. His parents refuse to mention anything about that year and tell all of their close relatives and friends that he wanted to live with his Uncle, to protect their image. Adam talks to them on occasion but they are not overly close in any sense.

RP EXPERIENCE? A bit.
RP SAMPLE. Adam sat atop a desk in his classroom contemplating writing his parents back. He hadn't decided if he wanted them in his life or not. He wasn't sure he had forgiven them for what they had done. Adam couldn't go back to Long Island where his parents paraded the streets in their million dollar garments and fancy shoes, he wasn't one of them. Adam would never be like them. Adam had watched with horror his brothers cling to their parents side and grow to be a spitting image of the man that threw him out. He was alone. He had no family that he trusted or that was well liked by him. His Uncle had passed a year ago and now Adam felt that he was truly alone. Secluded from his family and cut off from the inheretence that would cause much commotion upon the death of his parents. The worst part was he didn't even care.
His line of comical thought was interupted by a student who was needing some help. Standing up from his sitting position, his knees were weak but he ushered the boy into his room any way. He would always be an easily accessible teacher, if his pupils needed extra help or instruction Adam would never hesitate to help. He wanted to be so different from his father. Adam looked over the page the boy had handed him and nodded approvingly. "This is a wonderful paper, I can tell you put a lot of thought into it" he encouraged. His mind thought back to the time that he longed for his fathers approval and praise but it meant nothing to him anymore.
