The year is 2150. The days of Lord Voldemort, Harry Potter, horcruxes, Albus Dumbledore...those days are far behind our times. So far, in fact, that those stories have become just that; stories. They are legends, folklore, that people tell their children for entertainment. For the world has become far more severe and harsh than those days, where magic was actually apart of every wizard and witches life. Wizards and witches are rare. It's even more rare to find a wizard or witch with the ability to properly use their magic. The CIWA won't allow such a wizard or witch to exist. The CIWA, The Center for International Wizarding Affairs, runs the life of every wizard and, very recently, of every muggle. They have seeped into the everyday going ons; from how many children you can have to whether or not you're allowed to keep the children you've got as your own...The CIWA controls everything. They've taken away from the people their ability to make something bigger of themselves. The CIWA wants Earth's population to rely entirely on them for everything: food, water, shelter. The world has become crippled. It cannot function without The CIWA. And that's exactly how The Man planned it all to be. His appointed leaders, Leader One and Two, make sure that the world functions exactly as The Man wants it to. Wizards and witches are to be taken from their home as youngsters and brainwashed into believing that they must rely on The CIWA for everything. Should those young wizards show promising signs of becoming good warriors, they are forever taken from their home to become part of the CIWA Military. Those who speak out publicly against the CIWA disappear. And no one questions their whereabouts.
But even through all the bleakness and despair, a group of brave souls have risen up to determine that they don't need the CIWA. The rebellion is an underground network of wizards and muggles alike who are frustrated with the CIWA and simply want to go back to a time when governments worked not for the amusement of a faceless individual, but for the citizens. These groups of rebels have taught themselves how to fight, how to gain their own resources and how to prosper without the large menace that rules over the rest of the population. These rebels have invented a new technology that suppresses what their scientists and researchers have dubbed "The Wizard Gene", giving them a slight edge over the CIWA military, which is mostly compromised of highly skilled wizards. They call it 'The Stealer', and it's part of every rebel's uniform. These rebels are organized and determined to take down the CIWA.
Is fate with them? Or are they destined to forever live under the imposing thumb of faceless dictators? And so begins The Underground Revolution.
