Rain. That was all Shey could see out side of the window, she st next to in her last lesson of the day. She loved the rain. It was relaxing and it calmed her mind. As soon as it touched her skin, t made her troubles disappear, at least for a little. She looked toward the ghostly History of magic Professor, hoping he would dismiss them before the rain stopped. There was a alot on Shey's mind that she wanted to vanish. Usually dancing or talking to someone helped, but she wasn't at all in the mood to dance, and she had no one to talk to. Her cousin Gemma was in hiding, and the rest of hr friends were either in hiding or not in Hogwarts anymore. Sure the was Lorena, Logan, or Jesenia, but Shey couldn't get them involved. She didn't even know how much they knew, and Daniel was part of her troubles. She didn't want to cause him anymore trouble than she already had.
As soon as the Professor dismissed then, Shey packed up her things, then left the classroom as quick as she could. She raced down the corridor, until she got to the door to the courtyard. The moment she stepped out into the rain a smile appeared on her face. She was calm and relaxed, but her thoughts remained. She thought of Justin Green, and the short time they shared over the summer, and knew that nothing more than friendship could happen between them. Sure her father would possibly love him, but she couldn't be with a Death Eater. Not after what she had just learned. She sighed as she reached the spot she had been last yearm, on the first heavy snow fall, playing in the snow and making a snowmen family. Nat Shire appeared before her that day, worried about her, since she didn't wear any form of winter waer, and was only in a tank top and jeans.
Thinking of Nat, Shey felt tears weld up in her eyes, and she let them fall knowing that the rain would mask them. This was the first time she cried since the day NAt told her what was in the letters Draco has sent her to give to him. She sat down in the wet grass, and let the rain continue to drench her as she kept thinking of NAt and how in a few weeks, he would be gone from this world, killed by someone she wasn't to fond of. She didn't want to be here, she wanted to be with Nat, but he made her come back. She really hoped their plan worked, just so she could have a part of the first guy she every fully trusted. But it was still too early to know for sure. She laid back, with her hands on her stomach, closed her eyes and smiled as the rain finally cleared her mind. When the rain let up to a light drizzle, Shey sat up, removed her robes, shoes and socks, so that she was only in her white blouse, that was a now a bit see threw, and her black skirt, then stood up and finally started to dance.
