HAIR&EYES Blaise keeps his black hair short. What can be more manageable than that? His brown eyes are slanting and narrow. Like his mother before him, Blaise doesn't appear to have aged much at all over the years; unlike his mother before him, he is unashamed of his age and doesn't care who knows it.
HEIGHT&WEIGHT 6'1”. Just like when he was in school, Blaise is thin and tall, which in this case actually helps him fine. He's quick and yet still physically capable to deal with everything that his job throws at him.

LIKES
[1] His Superiority: He knows that he is better than you, and there is nothing that you can do to make him feel otherwise. It has nothing to do with blood status or anything like that, it's just the way that it is.
[2] Quidditch: He played while in school, and taught his children to fly from a young age, even if not all of them seriously took to it. Even as an adult he makes time during the summer to play a bit, which is good practice since he rides his broom often while on the job.
[3] Fine Wines: He still has a taste for luxury. Looking good, sipping at a glass of wine.
[4] Family: His mother, his wife, his children. He protects the family name and assets, and he actually enjoys being a father more than he expected. Also, he considers the Silver-Moons, the Goldsteins, Ariana Shallow (Promis?), and the Ronans to be his family to some extent.
[5] Relaxing Indoors: He has always preferred the indoors to the out. And it's only gotten worse as he's gotten older, seeing as his job requires him to be outside more often.
[6] Like-Minded Individuals: Not that they have to be like him. Really, the key word here is individuals. He doesn't care what you think or believe, as long as you have thoughts of your own.
[7] Family Heirlooms: He has some from his grandmother, and his wand is included among such accessories. He intends on passing the collection evenly down to his children.
[8] His Job: It keeps him active, and he never has to be bored. He also is surprisingly good at it, using logic over physical skills.
DISLIKES
[1] Clingy People: Blaise likes his personal space. Anyone who doesn't respect that is bound to get verbally burned.
[2] Crowds: He does well in small groups, but large ones annoy and overwhelm him. He's much too anti-social to deal well with others.
[3] Family Parties: For the same reason as number 2, for the most part. If they're at his house he doesn't mind so much. But a huge gathering at another pure's family home he'll do almost anything to get out of unless they're a close friend.
[4] Being Talked Down To: You do not condescend to Blaise if you want him to accept you in any capacity. It's a berserk button for him. So too is being ignored.
[5] Follower Mentality: Why he hated the Death Eaters, and why he hates anyone aspiring to be like them. They rely on someone else to tell them what to like, what to hate, who to kill... He finds it all disgusting. That is why solo dark wizards he doesn't have a problem with.
[6] Being Wrong: He has trouble admitting it. If you get an apology out of Blaise, that's about as likely as winning the lottery and you should feel damn lucky. Jesenia has mastered the art of humbling Blaise, but not many people can say the same.
[7] Grudges: He holds them from time to time, but it's really quite pathetic when someone brings up issues from when they were in school together.
[8] Arrogance: He's a hypocrite in that he is a great example of arrogance, but he hates the trait in others. Maybe it's because he feels threatened... More likely he just tolerates the trait in himself.
BOGGART It's rather specific; he fears one or more of his children getting involved with the Death Eaters.
MIRROR OF ERISED Honestly, Blaise still wants that family home. Though it's less about him now, and more about his family.
PATRONUS Prairie dog. It sounds strange, but still makes sense. A prairie dog must be well-looked after and given a lot of attention as a baby in order to turn out affectionate and loving. Due to her status, Blaise's mother did not always devote the time necessary. To be noted in his characteristics prairie dogs also have a very painful bite once brought to that point. Blaise can be territorial and protective of his family, and is always nicer to girls than to guys.
PERSONALITY A few things have changed about Blaise. While he is still somewhat prejudiced against people who are blood traitors, he doesn't think that it holds near as much importance as it once did. In fact, he's more disgusted with people who are pureblood and waste their time with the Death Eater cause. He absolutely abhors when people mention his part in the wizarding war, or when they assume that he's an auror for a noble cause. Even though it is true, he isn't trying to protect the wizarding world at large. He has taken on the mantle of father and provider with all the seriousness he possibly could, and that includes using his skills from school to protect them. And, maybe, he also just took the challenging leap to auror because he knew that he could... He is protective of his kids while also letting them grow as individuals because that was something that he was denied in part as a child. He still takes care of her mother in the ways that she needs him to, but he resents her a bit more.
He still holds grudges as well as he ever did, and there is still not a soul alive that would think him modest. And he is still the sort that would rather stay at home than attend a fancy party. He handles them better than he did when he was younger simply because they're his friends and acquaintances that he's meeting with and not simply his mothers'. Of course, that also makes him think that it's easier to come up with excuses to get out of it. He's a loyal friend to those that he kept over the years, few as they are, but that will never make him overly enthusiastic to get out of the house. It's quite a funny contradiction that he leads a pretty exciting life as an auror (doubtless not as exciting as it would have been during either wizarding war) but he still prefers to stay at home and read by the fireplace. He is known for his sarcastic wit, and at rare times, humor. He is of the belief that something said should actually be worth saying. Otherwise, what's the point? His relationship with Jesenia and becoming a father did make him more adaptive to others' needs, but he can't change who he is at the core!
And speaking of, Jesenia is probably the only person that has seen him actually emotional about most things. She is his weakness. She is about the only one that can talk sense into him when he's in a particularly stubborn mood, and he takes things from her better than he does most people. Perhaps it's because like him, she tends to say things straight out as long as personal feelings aren't too involved. They danced their denial dance so long before they got together that now, he trusts her with anything. With the kids, Blaise and Samael are such opposites that most of the time, Blaise can hardly believe that they are related. He gets along better with Annaleigh and Grayson. While he's proud of some of Sam's accomplishments, he is more on level with Grayson (who is a lot like him), and is especially protective of Anna as his only daughter. Remember the way that he used to lecture his partying female friends? Think of that, only ten times worse.

Countless 'relatives' from the Silver-Moon, Ronan, and Goldstein families. There might be even more than that. He has kept his friendships with most of the people he hung out with in school, as long as they didn't turn into extremists.
HISTORY See HERE for early history.
His sixth year seemed to be especially dramatic... Since things were happening all over the place, here they are in points.
- He was forced into an arranged engagement with Isabella Shire for a time, though by the end of the year Isabella and her brother Nathaniel had ended that in a very definite manner. His mother was disappointed by it because she was always trying to find someone for him to marry, convinced at this point that he wasn't going to find someone on his own. After all, he hadn't exactly done his share of comparison dating. Never had she seen Blaise with a girl before. She didn't know if he was even straight to begin with!
- Blaise and his friend Lorena had several times in which they almost experienced a real falling-out. She felt that he wasn't open enough about his life and was shutting her out, and he didn't particularly like her choice of boyfriend. Blaise and Anthony actually got into a bit of a fight when two couples (Blaise & Jes and Anthony & Lorena) happened to run into each other at Hogsmeade. However, they patched it up and have remained friends.
- A rivalry with another Slytherin seemed to get out of control. He ruined personal property of hers, and she teamed up with another of his enemies to get even with him. He ended up confessing his love to his friend Jesenia Rey, and they ended up kissing. The problem is, she was dating fellow Slytherin Daniel Ashton. The fact that Jes wasn't sure about her feelings for Blaise ended up breaking the trust that she and Daniel had, and eventually led to their break up. Blaise did feel guilty about this, but he blamed Adelaide, and he somewhat wanted to get revenge on her in a never-ending cycle. More importantly, though, his relationship with Jesenia seemed to change. It was a very long process of them both denying their feelings and being incredibly awkward but eventually they ended up together during their seventh year. Hilariously, his mother and her father also seemed to have an affair going on...
Over the summer before his seventh year, Blaise's opinion of the Death Eaters began to shift. He had never cared for their ideals, but now he couldn't stand them, and he decided that he would rather fight against them than live in a world where a few people thought that they stood above everyone else. Blaise was known for his superiority complex, but his reasoning was simply 'what is the point of being better than someone when you eradicate that someone?' And his feelings were stronger once he realized that Osiris was kind of playing both sides. If he was going to endanger himself that much, then Blaise had to do something, too.
When the Battle of Hogwarts happened, Blaise was there fighting. He didn't care for the way that Slytherins were discriminated against, the way that they were kind of just expected to join in on the Death Eaters. He didn't go to the dungeons. Instead, he spent a large part of the battle in combat with a freaking giant, and with werewolves. In a way he was relieved that most of his enemies weren't human. That meant that he wouldn't have to look in the eyes of someone that had been a family friend his whole life and still kill them. He likely would have been in a lot more danger had the Death Eaters themselves seen him fighting because it would almost be a personal betrayal. In the end, he walked away with barely a scratch.
Following the war, his mother wouldn't speak to him for a while. She was ashamed of him for getting involved with the Battle. Blaise became an auror and married Jesenia. When Blaise told Desideria that they were expecting a child, she decided that hurt feelings weren't worth losing the chance to know her grandkids over, and she wanted back in their lives. Blaise himself was worried about being a father since he'd never had a stable father-figure, but he did fine in the end. He always had good survival instincts and being a father just meant that you put the survival of your kids ahead of yourself. He was a bit confused when Sam ended up being a Gryffindor, the first in the Zabini family and maybe even the Rey family, but Grayson and Anna ended up in Slytherin so it seemed just to be an odd occurrence. Sam's baffled him ever since, though, if he's being honest...His hope kind of rests on Grayson.
