PERSONALITY Daniel is now a very happy guy, there isn't much for him to be upset about anymore. It's hard for him to make friends since most people attend to annoy him. If someone were to become his friend, he would do everything and anything for that person. He loves laughing and goofing of with people he knows well, even if they are not his friend. He likes challenges, but will get violent if these challenges prove beyond his patience.



That includes annoying people. Once he is at the edge of his patience, Daniel will resort to violence, trickery, and whatever he can think of. He will lose his calm and collected facade completely. And some of the spells he knows are pretty nasty - it's clear he has been meddling with the Dark Arts.
He has been doing a lot better with his anger problems and has slowly learned how to calm himself down.

He is a kind and loving father and husband. He would do anything and everything for his family. He will not let a single person harm them in any way shape or form. His children is his soft spot, he let's them get away with more than he should, and even bends his own rules for them, depending on the circumstances. He barely ever raises his voice at them, and gives them all the support he can.

HISTORY Daniel was born to Edward and Elena Ashton on April 1st at 7;50 am. He grew up not really knowing his parents, they were gone 70 percent of the time, and the only love he knew was from his nanny Emily. Daniel was a handful, he always had tons of energy, running around the house and the yard, making huge messes when he was in a room by himself. But when his parents were around, he was well behaved, and always showed respect. His parents frightened him, and still do. As he grew older, he became less of a pain, and matured more and more.

When Daniel first received his letter to Hogwarts, he didn't know how to feel about it. He would be away from Emily for the first time, and he wouldn't know what to do, since she did everything for him. Emily was the one who took him to get his first wand and school supplies. She was also took him to the station and saw him off for the first time. Daniel had clung to Emily that day, and it took a lot of effort to get him on the train. The first year was hard for him, but he enjoyed himself, and loved being away from home and not having to worry about seeing his parents, anytime they pleased to show themselves.

During his Hogwarts years he gained and lost friends, made mistakes on more than one occasion, fell in love, suffered from a broken heart, and just had tons of fun whenever he could. Up until Daniel's 6th year at Hogwarts, he was a Jerk if you want to put it nicely. He picked on those younger than him, in different houses as him, and who were not Prueblooded along with one of his best friends Justin Green. He only had four friends at that time, the others being Isabella Shire or as he calls her Izzy Bear, and Logan Allen, who was a family friend, that he treated like sister, and Lorena Scott, who as well became a sister to him. He also tricked many different girls into his bed, then act like they were nothing to them. He only loved one girl, who didn't feel the same, and that was Izzy. His 6th year is when that all changed. He met people who showed him that he could have actual fun. He also met is other best friend, Kenichi Sato or Ichi, A half blooded Ravenclaw. At first Danny just picked on him whenever he could, but as he spent time with Kenichi, the more he liked the guy, and he went from seeing him as nothing to seeing him as a brother. It was Ichi who taught him to be less of a Jerk, but he didn't give up his playboy ways.

In his 7th year his 'sister' Logan lost both of her parents and he told her that he would take care of her for now on. Then he met a girl named Shey Collins. She was one of the prettiest girls he had ever seen in his life, so he had to approach her. He tried all of his usual tricks on her, but none of them seemed to work.. So he befriended her, in hopes of more. They hung out almost everyday, they talked about almost everything, she told him a secret, that she was in love with her best friend Nat Shire, but was too afraid to tell him. He played guitar for her so she could sing or dance. He was starting to actually like her, but knew she didn't feel the same. The one day she approached him, with tears in her eyes. He comforted her and she kissed him and lead him to do more.

A few days after sleeping with Shey, Daniel met another girl named Jesenia Rey. At first she was just a pain, and annoyance. He met her in the corridor near the hospital wing. He had just dropped off a first year at the Hospital wing, and accidentally bumped into her. They went back and forth with each other for a while, trying to get the better of each other, and soon found out that they had common friends, so they spent a good amount of time with each other. They bickered and bantered all the time, but soon both of their feelings towards each other changed, but neither of them want to admit it. Then finally one day, after Jes had found out something terrible, Daniel was there comforting her, and it was when she had told him that she was to be in an arranged marriage, that Daniel finally realized his feelings for her and kissed her. She had kissed him back and the two started dating, and quickly fell in love. Shey was not at all happy with Daniel after that point. She hated him. She always told Daniel that Jes was too good for him, and that he didn't deserve her, and one night, while Daniel was out drinking with Izzy, he kept thinking it. He wasn't good enough for Jes, and he did not deserve her, so while in his drunken pathetic state he kissed his best friend, who just slapped him in the face, and told Jes all about it. Jes was none too happy about it, but she quickly had forgiven him after he wrote a song for her, explaining his true feelings.

Then everything bad seemed to happen to him in only two weeks. He accepted his fathers offer to become a death eater in return for his freedom from his family, but still able to collect his trust fund. He did that so he would actually be able to take care of Logan, then Kenichi had been avoiding him, Shey had told him the reason why she hated him, his Nanny had disappeared, he had miserable interaction with Nat Shire, about his hatred for Nat, then Jes had told him that she had kissed her best friend Blaise Zambini and was unsure of her feelings for Blaise. At hearing those words, Danny had said he needed a  break, and on another drunken night with Izzy, he slept with her. When Jesenia found out her and Danny were over. Of course Danny got little enjoyment out of those weeks by beating the crap out of Blaise, but he also, got beaten up by both Blaise and Izzy's boyfriend Dion Northwood. Both he deserved. Danny went the rest of his 7th year depressed for loosing Jes.

After Hogwarts he became a death eater, and ran errands for the dark lord. Mostly it was letters back and forth to Draco Malfoy or Professor Snape, and sometimes he captured a mudblood or two, but nothing truly serious. He moved out on his own with Kenichi who still wasn't himself but Daniel now knew why and he didn't like it at all. He did nothing of importance for a whole summer until around October, when the Dark Lord called on him and asked him to prove his loyalty, by Marrying Izzy, killing her brother Nat, and producing obedient offspring. Daniel hated Izzy at first but did as he was asked. He married Izzy, Killed off her brother, unwillingly, and impregnated her with their first child Rhiley. He still wasn't too fond of Izzy while she was pregnant with Rhiley, but he was very protective of her. He didn't let her go out on her own, and always worried and fussed over the slightest cough or sniffle she had. It wasn't until he looked at his daughters face for the first time did he truly fall in love with Izzy.

After the war, Daniel had to go into hiding, so he joined his old band, and went on tour with them, so he could never be found by the Aurors, and go to Azkaban. For the two years after the war they had three more children. Mason, Jack and Daniel, then Daniel had to go on a world tour for a whole year after the twins were born. When he came back they had another Madison. Daniel was always gone from his family and he missed a lot of his childrens firsts because of it, and for the longest he was a stranger to them all. He stayed with the band for 11 years before the band broke up and Daniel decided to produce music for all kinds of bands. He was still gone for most of the time, but he was home more, than he was with his band, and to celebrate, they created another child Willow. As the years went each child, besides Willow, went to Hogwarts and all were accepted in to Slytherin. When ever he was home he tried to spend as much time with his children as he could to make up for the 11 years he missed. Then just a short while ago at a family decision, they moved to LA, CA, so he could spend even more time with his family. Then he found out about Ava, Izzy and Dion's 14 year old daughter they had while he was gone for a year. He was crushed at first, but he accepted it and took Ava in when Dion passed away from cancer.
